PT111, I agree with you 1000000000% !! I've had three Jeeps over the years - CJ5 (deathtrapPOSwith the V8), a Wrangler, and a Cherokee. If they would only bring back the Scrambler, they would be surprised at the number of units that they could sell. The only problen with the Scrambler ( and CJ5/7) was poor AMC quality. I'll be one of the first in line for the Gladiator - especially if they add some more space behind the seats and provide for a removable top. The biggest mistake I've made in the past few years was to trade the Wrangler in for a GMC 4x4. There is NO comparison between the two. Jeeps rock.

I see Jeep finally came out with a 5 door similar to the Landrover 110 Defender, only took them 25 years.

Had a Comanche. Nope. Are you thinking Honcho?
Had more replacement parts than factory under the hood when I finally got rid of that Comanche.

Bud... I think the old Jeep truck back in the '60's or so was called the "Gladiator" also?? Seems to stick in my mind that it was called that. Also a military version to replace the old Dodge PowerWagon of the 40'-'50's...

Sissy Liberty? There are lots of tough Liberty's out there, you just got to toughen it up a bit.
