Dream analysts ........
I rarely have any firearm associated dreams - can't remember last one right now.
This morning tho - an odd if brief one .............. I was observing, somewhere, a humungous rat and decided to take it out with my EDC 226 ..... environment was safe re backstop and so I took a sight pic, saw my laser dot and tracked the critter until it paused. Pulled on my DA trigger - seemingly for ever until.... ''click''
So Mr Rat got away - no biggie but pulled back slide and ejected the round only to see the FP impact totally off center - it missed primer totally!
Mechanically impossible of course, except in dreams but I remember thinking .... what if ........ that had been a situation of real need.
Justa dream ....... but made me check the gun over again even so
Wierd.

Yep, save it for in the morning, heat it up, and call it "Italian Cheese Toast," so it sounds like breakfast food!

which one of us was symbolized by the Big Rat?
Haha - that'd be telling!
Actually, Mr rat was just that - a VERY large but otherwise rat-headed - rat

Try this one.
I was brought up in England, I moved here and became a US citizen.
I still dream about England, it's usually a nightmare. The latest was a few weeks ago, in the dream I was on Labroke Grove in West London sitting on someone's front garden wall waiting for the bus, something I did a few thousand times when I was there.
While I'm waiting I see a group of guys in ski masks approach the Post Office, carrying sawn off shotguns and handguns. Post Offices regularly get robbed in England.
I hide in a bush, I reach for my gun, it's not there.
I realize in the dream that I'm not in the USA, I'm in England.
I get the worst feeling ever.
Then one of them sees me in the bush trying to hide, they slowly approach.
I wake up sweating.
And my parents wonder why I don't go home often.
