Burlington Vt is nice. you can go further north to St Albans and see a real rustic town, or Alburg right on lake Champlain.take your fishing equipment so as to catch the huge lake trout there... heck.. you'll be going right by my home if you take Rt 93 north .. but I'm sure you'll take 91 north, so stop in manchester VT, Bratalboro, Rutland too.
Yes Chris........B&Js is anti-gun..............too many to mention in that area..NO carry permit needed in that State either..

Grew up there. A big must is the Shelburne museum. It's 37 buildings and each one is a separate collection. It really takes a few days to see it all. Check it out on line.
Hiking on Mt. Mansfield, my old stomping grounds, out of Stowe or even renting a boat on Lake Champlain would be nice.
