My nephew just told me about one ebay auction that the person listed in large print: PLAYSTATION II or III
but followed later in small print "box" and it sold for a few hundred dollars.
    Gotta be careful out there....

Wow, that eBay scammer really Zumboed.

Hopefully, the postal inspector will be visiting her. That looked a lot like a priority mail symbol on the envelope. Mail fraud isn't pretty....

    I throughly enjoyed that.
There is somebody that I would like nothing more than to rap a good hard one right on that smug grinning mouth.

    I Guess...

Judge Judy reached out and 'touched' her...

    WOW!

Did this chick come to court thinking she would win?

    Dumb...

Thanks ArmyCop I really enjoyed that one...although I think I may have enjoyed it a bit more if they took her out back and caned her. That freaking smug little grin the whole time...

At least they got her good in the wallet though.

    $201.50 for a "picture" of a phone
$255.56 for another "picture" of a phone

The look on the defendants face when the judge orders $5000 to the plaintiff....PRICELESS!

I've seen a lot of scams like that and I've even heard of one person even going to jail for a stunt like that.

I would Not want to tangle with Judge Judy. She scares me.

The real capper is that the scammer kept blaming the victim - "It's not my fault she can't read..."

Where's that pulmonary embolism when you need one...

I agree with the previous poster...

WHY do you go on Judge frigging Judy, national TV, and NOT know you're gonna get your ass handed to you? Did she think she'd actually WIN? And we all know that she was not forced to go on JJ...she chose to. What a dummy.

She, the defendant, does have a point though (even though I laugh at attempts like that ). People need to make sure they read and understand everything before they agree to it... too many people just sign on the dotted line.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the stated wording: "Bid on what you see in the picture"? Not; "Bid on the picture of what you see"? BIG damn difference.
