    Equal Time for Actuaries

An actuary and a farmer were traveling by train. When they passed a flock of sheep in a meadow, the actuary said, "There are 1248 sheep out there." The farmer replied, "Amazing. By chance, I know the owner, and the figure is absolutely correct. How did you count them so quickly?" The actuary answered, "Easy, I just counted the number of legs and divided by four."

    Haha!! Like that Richard.

The other option of course would the assessment of wool length as an average of the sample and then take the cube root of that to plug into a quadratic - after which the pentithlion transmogrification factor would supply the gross wool yield in metric tonnes.

Having established that the head count is easy - naturally, by employing a Nyquist theorem, taking results to minus infinity - and then using the derivative of the LaPlace constant.

    Easy

I would rather stand against the cannons of the wicked than against the prayers of the righteous.

That caused my brain to implode. Same effect as exploding, only less mess to clean up.
