Bathtub fun for kids, idea for parents

Nothing twisted here, not a corny joke, just a tip that I wanted to pass along to other parents with young children to add to tub time fun.

If you have a fiberglass shower/tub that you give your toddlers a bath in, you can let them draw on the tub with regular "erasable markers" then simple wipe it off with a wet wash cloth. we have the "rose art" brand, but I'm sure most any will work. just don't let the tips of the markers get wet, otherwise, they won't write till the water dries out, usually by the next bath time.

Do try it out first, make a small mark somewhere out of the way, and wipe it off, remember to use a WET washcloth, or paper towl.

I had some erasable bath crayons for my son. Apparently nobody told the red that it was supposed to come off.

When my daughter was small we used to have the bathtub paint. It wasn't very impressive.

My kids have water pistols in the tub, I paint shaving cream targets on the shower enclosure, then they get to shoot the targets with the water pistols...

Those are good ideas. I'll have to keep them in mind.

I like the water pistol idea.

Got my granddaughter some...she did not come completely clean after the bath...she still looked like a 'Smurf'...:confused:

Needless to say, the markers were... 'lost'...
