eBay
What is the best deal you ever got on eBay?
I know some people disapprove of eBay and PayPal for their rules forbidding sales of firearms but there is some really cool stuff on there for us.
I'm watching reloading equipment, mags for my compact handguns and lots of knives.

I picked up a Galco Jack*ss Rig for my Mdl 29 S&W for 40.00 for a steal a few years back.....
I stay away from ebay for the most part....
-
Couple of pearce grip extensions for $17, everyone eles was charging $15 including shipping for just 1 of them.
-
I did buy some .45 brass on ebay and it was a pretty good deal too.
Did you ever hear the ebay song? Really funny.

I got an $70.00 Custom Leather Arsenal IWB for my 228 for $12.00. It was new but it had a couple of small stains on it. That does not bother me because no one can see the holster anyway. It is a great holster and I feel good because I got a custom holster without paying a custom price.

I had a friend buy a Ford Edsel on EBAY. It looked like it just came out of the factory. Dose that count?

Before they banned gun sales I bought a Ruger 22/45 there. Got a good deal on that.
Best gun deal I made was for a MidwayUSA media separator. Won the bid and the guy sent me the separator and my money back; said he just couldn't see charging $$ for something so simple.
Best non-gun deal was a pair of Willie & Max saddlebags for my motorcycle; $160 retail, got them for $12, shipping included.
-
I got a minty '94 Taylor 912c for $1,200 about five years ago.
A pair of Yamaha SM10V's for about a hundred bucks.
No great gun-related deals, though.
-
new kkm glock 27 barrel for under $90.00.

It's getting harder & harder to get GREAT deals on Ebay.
There are still some good deals to be had.
It's a sellers market for firearm and Colt related stuff on Ebay these days.
Especially if you have something rareish or unusual to sell.
I've got some fantastic past deals though.
Way too many to mention.
I've completed probably more than 3,000 successful transactions on Ebay.
My feedback does reflect that though since 2/3 of the buyers and sellers don't bother to post positive feedback.
If you're not willing to "sync your 'puter with Ebay Time" & place your final high bid 3 seconds before an auction closes then it's hard to win anything at all.

Don't ya just love it though when you see what are obviously 30 AR mags and the seller says "Per ebay rules, I am listing these as ten round magazines"?
-
One of my favorites was.
According to Ebay Rules this magazine has a capacity of at least 10 rounds. :biggrin2:
-
I parted out a 66 chevy truck on ebay, made a good chunk of change.
-
My best sale on Ebay was a Sterling silver & cobalt blue glass Rosary Beads that we bought at a local House Sale for 5 dollars and they sold for $650.00 - yes, that would be six hundred and fifty bucks. :yup:
and I started the bidding off at one dollar.

I bought my car on ebay. 1997 Jaguar XJR, 53,700 miles, mint condition (the cup holder didn't work, but in Jags they never do).
$12,950. I thought I would probably have something wrong when I got it, but she's a great car, no problems, 6 months.
