Quite a few tattoos (7, the Marine Corps is bad for you), but no gun tattoos yet. I always say yet because I never know if I'm going to get another one or not.

My husband has three (a cross on his right arm, USMC and 2844 (his MOS) on his forearms). He's saving his left arm for something special.

I've been planning and plotting and agonizing over the PERFECT tattoo for me for about 3-4 years now. I've always known I wanted one but I wanted it to be THE ONE!

I jokingly pointed out a tattoo on a gal with crossed 1911's on the small of her back to my husband and he thought it was SOOOO cool...lol.

My tattoo is still in the works but I'm not opposed to a gun being in it. Hmmmm...

I have sleeves and chest done, oddly enough (given my interests), only one gun and it's a sawed off double barrel, not exactly what I'd choose for much of anything.
I really should have Colt's horse someplace..... maybe I can find some room for one!

My tattoos are proof that beer, Valium, 19 year olds and Hong Kong do not mix.
I'm a child of the 60's, but I got over it.

In which case mine are proof that being 18 in Amsterdam or 32 in Cambodia (or any of the intervening places and ages) taught me nothing about getting the right tattoo.
I'm 40 this year and I have finally vowed to get both upper arms 'sleeved' to cover up the work I have gathered while traveling the world.

That said I have no plans to get anything firearm related. I don't adorn my body with company logos and do not see the logic in a LEO mistaking a tattoo for a real gun in the heat of the moment, I am referring to the tattoo of the gangmember posted above.

My next tattoos will likely be abstract and of my own design, much like my life has been.

Being 19 years old, just out of boot camp and drunk in San Diego isn't any better for you if you are trying to stay tattoo free.

Mine is a big anchor with USN written across it. Looks very similar to the anchor insignia that Chief Petty Officers have on their hats and collar devices. Which kind of sucks as I never made it to Chief, just to 1st class P.O. before I got hurt and medically discharged.

I never got any ink while in the service. I got drunk plenty of times too. I guess I never understood why.

No tattoo's for me, yet, still tryin to get the perfect design down (don't want something everyone else in college has, needs to be right).

If anyone saw the Football movie "Any given Sunday", with Al Pacino and Jamie Foxx, Foxx's character has two Beretta 92's on his lower back. Can't find a pic though, I always thought it looked pretty dumb even for a fake movie tattoo.

Edit: Shooter Jennings (Waylon's son), had a Peacemaker tattoo'd on his forearm too, but with a name like Shooter, that might be required.
