It's the sudden stop that gets you. That was better then using a gun.
Seems an effective method for stopping a criminal. Far more effective than the PC automotive bump-and-rub done in the USA. Stop him; capture him; charge him and try him. But, stop him. Now. Don't *****-foot around.

The reason behind the sentence according to the judge is that the husband had the trouble with the wife and he did not represented a menace to other people. She was dead and the source of his behavior was gone.
Mad now? That case is not the exception, it is the average in Spain.
