How many of us are tobacco users?

Curiosity got the best of me today on this Saturday morning. I started thinking, and I don't believe this has ever been discussed in my time here.

So, not that this has any sort of link to concealed carry, with the exception maybe of personality, but how many of you out there use tobacco products?

    Nope. Not at all.

I'm too focused on my health to smoke or anything else with tobacco.

Never met my paternal Grandfather because he died of lung cancer before I was born.

That was enough to keep me off it.

Fortunately I never started on cigarettes, but I do get an occasional hankering (maybe half-a-dozen times a year... ) for a good cigar.

Weak willed guy here! Used to smoke cigs but been on pipe for longer than I care to remember.

Stupid habit - I know that but sad to say I enjoy it.

I smoked for 10 years, heavily. Started when I joined the Corps, quit when I got married. Took up snuff for a while and quit that when my daughter was born 6 1/2 years ago.

Quitting smoking was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. Boot camp, deployment, triathlon, college, you name it; nothing has challenged me more than that. Snuff was easier to quit, 'cause I never really liked it that much anyway and I already knew how to beat the addiction, having given up smoking a few yers prior to starting on snuff.

I feel for anyone who is trying to quit, 'cause i know how hard it is.

I'm with Team America. Every great once in a while I get the urge to puff on a cigar.

I smoked for about a week my senior year of high school. I was stressed (and cigarettes were prescribed by doctor's at one point in time for stress). I didn't even finish the pack before I threw them out.

I also smoked a couple times when John was deployed. But I've never been addicted. When I'm done, I'm done and don't even look at them again for about three or four months.

My brother got me to smoke cigars when I lived with him in Florida. Every other weekend or so we'd sit in his garage and puff on cheap cigars so every couple of months I'll get a little nostalgic and buy some cigars.

I have to say that the looks on people's faces when they find out that I smoke cheap cigars is pretty priceless. No one ever expects it from me. I guess it's not the "lady" thing to do.. Oh well, neither is shooting to some.

Less than 10 cigars a year but, yes, that makes me a smoker. Throw in a nice single-malt with it and I'm oh, so happy. :)
