Just watched Unbreakable for the 2nd time. My thinking of course is it's a fictional movie.
At the ending you read things that make it sound like it was based on a true story. The Bad Guy now serving time in an institution for the criminally insane???
Anyone know if there is a true story behind this movie? Hard to believe it....
I highly doubt it.
Some movies put those little tid-bits at the end of the movies to make it SOUND like it was based on a true story.. It's a common ploy.
Its all fiction. Very well done fiction but fiction none the less.

I knew nothing has happened near to scale as in the movie - or it'd be all over the news. I just wondered if anything small might have inspired someone to over exaggerate it into a movie like that.
Whatever - I'd like to see an Unbreakable II come out - if it were done well and not cheesy...
