I have been using AVG for a day and so far I have to say it rocks. It is very easy to use and it has not slowed the computer down yet.

Now that Norton is uninstalled, the computer seems faster. I like it so far.

I started using it on the recommendation of our computer guy at work. I like it a lot. Especially the price

My only complaint about it, if you could even call it that, is that on the free version you can't change the scheduled system scan settings. Right now mine does a complete scan of two hard drives starting daily at 2:30 am. Takes about three hours to complete. It's either a complete scan daily or nothing at all.

I like Avast, and it has done well for me.

I stopped using AVG when a company I worked for need a corporate solution. I had gotten no response back in regards to some questions about pricing. So I said the heck with them.

If you don't protect your self, who will?

    Use it
    Love it
even sell it for business applications
They have a good program, decent support (better then Norton) and give a pretty good discount to non profits/school and the like. I was able to purchase 80+ licenses for under 4.00 per seat for one of my clients.
