    R/c B-29!

    We did have a thread a ways back on both this plane and also another large scale warbird - the B-52.

    Yes indeed this type of thing is impressive and the skillfull use of the X-1, complete with its very own rocket flight was superb.

    I can only dream of stuff that big - too many $$$$'s involved so I have to stick to my upper limit of 1/4 scale. Love seeing them tho.

    I used an old Sig Kadet as a platform to launch estes rockets in high school, I wish I filmed it, it worked well.

    That was pretty cool. I keep thinking about getting into R/c, since renting a 172 is pretty expensive. Actually, I'd really like to automate an R/c heli, so I could just give it a place to go to and it would go. Then i could control a camera on it without having to do the flying.

    And since we are being smart, it the roof height didnt matter. I needed a high ceiling...
