    I hear good things about Pentax but when I was choosing a camera the lens selection just wasn't there.

    I am guessing those who really take photography ultra seriously (or are good at it which I am not) Lens selection and variety is a must. I always went with Vivitar (70-210 Macro Zoom) for my limited abilities and cannot complain. But like I said, I am barely somebody who takes pics rather than a photographer
    Beside, I am better with pics after they are taken, in digital form and messing with them to create magazine covers that will have me kicked out of this board
