Now yall let me know when yall get them trained to just go to the bathroom and flush. I think the dog and that goofy cat are training me, as much as I'm training them. - lol

It is WELL worth it. You can even impress your friends with how smart your pet is. Even better than that is, your pet loves the praise very much and loves even more to please you. They know every time they get praised not only do they get a treat, but they made you HAPPY. Therefore, it makes it SOOOO much easier to train them other tricks AND commands. It turns into a game for both of you.
Things Lucy knows....
ring the bell to outside
close the door when she comes inside
sit/lay down/roll over/stay/no/come here/sit up/down/go to bed/
speak ("tell me" is that command) and all of the basic commands--
with her ball---go get it- bring it here- drop it- where is it- pick it up- take it back inside
go to the door- where is momma- gimmie a kiss- where is Bailey (out 10lb Chiahuahuah) where is daddy- lets take a bath-
WOW....I can keep going but it is a very long list.
Needless to say.....I am VERY proud of my Lucy (the blk and wht one. Bailey is the gray one
OH YEAH.....she also knows "WANNA TREAT?" LOL...go figure

Yeah well......she somehow confused the first "lets take a bath" with "hide under daddy's loading bench" but the second "take a bath" usually does the trick. Then she runs and jumps in the tub.
