Lima, your arms are stronger in the second pic. You might be the same weight but you look leaner.
I saw it immediately as my wife has gone through a similar, subtle change. Now she's a rollergirl she has turned to muscle.
You're doing something different in life now to make the muscle tone.
........ And no one mentioned the two "porkers" you're standing next to in the "new you" picture. Kind of ironic!

They like to think of us "gun nuts" as goofy, caveman, rednecks with one tooth.
It's hard for them to keep up these kinds of stereotypes when confronted with an attractive, intelligent, young lady as a spokesman for gun rights. Must drive them nuts!!
Mike - you have accomplished a miracle! You are definitely an inspiration! I am dieting also and hope to be a new person next year.
For years, I have tried to fool myself that since I do train with my guns, I am ready to defend my friends and family.
The reality is that I quite a bit of weight to lose before getting down to your "before" picture.
I am going to be taking a knife course from Tom Sotis at the Warrior's Forge in Manassas in a couple of weeks and while I'm there, I plan to talk to Ashley and Dino about setting up a training program with them.
I have seen the results of their programs. They truely DO forge warriors.
By next year at this time, I plan on being able to defend myself and others.
I probably will keep your before and after pictures to refer to when I start to lose my resolve.
I would keep Lima's pictures but my wife would probably hurt me.

Wow Mike, I've never seen a better success story about weight loss or health on a whole for that matter. What motivation you have, now apply some of it to get your self home to Indy.

Wealthier?? I have no idea why I would look wealthier....that is in no way the case. If anything, I probably have less money now because of the cost of gas.
And SIXTO, believe me, I am working on getting back to Indy. Every day I am working on it.

Looks really good, Mike. Something I need to do. Started on it a while ago and lost about 2 pounds, but then go stuck. Haven't gained it back, so that's a plus. It makes me think that maybe I can do it.

Well, if you're up really late at night and they have these info-mercials, you can lose weight, regain hair, clear up acne, gain sexual stamina, AND make millions of dollars. All joking and kidding aside. Great work Mike, and I know it was work.
