I have had a couple of people PM me and ask how I lost the weight in under a year. If anyone else is interested, PM me and I will send you the info on how I did it.
Beware though, most people are not willing to go all out like I did to lose the weight. I work out for 3 hours a night, every night. It takes so dedication.
But I would be happy to PM anyone who wants it with the diet and workout routine I use.

Mike, I said it before and will say it again.
You should host a thread where you have a number of members on 'the plan' and we all encourage them, maybe even sponsor them with 'karma gifts'.

It got to be a bit too maintenance intensive so it went away. When I shaved it, I had people tell me that I looked 10 years younger.
I ran into several people who I had not seen since before the weight came off and they did not recognize me. I love the look on someones face when they realize who I am and they are stunned. I really love that.

Very nice job. Getting in shape is a tough thing to do, but it's worth the effort and it pays off in living longer...
