I think there should be some government agency that helps prevent the expantion of the deer population, maybe even sell licences to people so they can act as agents of the government to prevent heinous acts such as this

Believe it or not, there was a plan that has state government approval several years ago in one East Coast Liberal state to tranquilize white tailed bucks and give them vasectomies. Coming from people that tell us we need to recycle because of global warming, I don't get how they could possibly think that this thought isn't hypocritical by letting meat go to waste or worse allowing deer to get diseased.
