ANOTHER mass shooting?! What in the world is going on?!
Six dead, one injured critically in shooting at house in WI
I just don't understand. Why all of the sudden is this happening -- or seeming to happen -- with such increasing frequency?!
...and all of the negative, misdirected attention this puts on law-abiding gun owners and CCWers.
• Six bodies found inside home; wounded toddler found in nearby vehicle
• The 2-year-old girl is listed in critical condition
• One of victims is identified by her mother who said she was visiting house
• Neighbor says home is a rental property where people move in an out
DELAVAN, Wisconsin (AP) -- A shooting inside a home killed six people, and a toddler was found in a nearby vehicle with a gunshot to the chest, the police chief said Sunday.
Police found the bodies while investigating a report of shots fired Saturday night in the small southern Wisconsin town, Chief Tim O'Neill said. Police interviewed friends and relatives of the victims Sunday morning, but released no details on the investigation or whether they had identified a suspect.

Too early to tell.... but that many people dead may suggest revenge or dope deal gone very bad.
You have to make the shot when fire is smoking, people are screaming, dogs are barking, kids are crying and sirens are coming.
Ego will kill you. Leave it at home.

Still a shame though, WI is starting to get pretty ruff.

The first thing I suspected was based on the fact that they said people moved in and out of the house: drug dealers live there.
Well, I guess now we wait to find out.
The funny thing is, this kind of scenario is used to show how destructive the drug war is (which I happen to agree with, to a point) but also that our gun laws aren't strong enough to prevent this (which is absurd, and no gun laws, not even an all-out ban, will ever prevent this).

Not to try and profile too much but that does suggest possible casual useage by druggies and the like.
home is a rental property where people move in an out
Terrible event looked at from any angle but I'll not be surprised to hear it was gang/drug related. Some sorta revenge perhaps - which does not of course condone such at all.
However, within that kinda community it seems life is cheap and most obtain and carry guns illegally - often using them simply for feeling they have not been ''respected''!

It just might be drug related and revenge motivated due to the fact that a young child was shot. Who would harm a child like that unless they were high on something. With the house haveing a high rental turn around It sounds like they might be bill or rent dogers or have warrents. This is only my opinion. We will never know until all the facts are released

Kind of like the big news about the family of four that was executed point-blank along the side of Florida's Turnpike last year. They were some hispanic immigrant family involved with a drug cartel. And they all ended up dead, ignominiously, on the side of the highway. Suspects are in custody.
Live by the scumbag criminal enterprise, die by the scumbag criminal enterprise.
Of course, I wait to learn what this current case involved. It might be anything, at this point.

Kinda blows the "theory" of some, that drug abuse and dealing is a victimless crime huh? A substantial percentage of violent and property crime we investigate are found to be drug related. Assuming this is a drug related incident.

The TV news folks seem to be calling it murder-suicide. That still leaves the question, "what the hell's going on," an important question.
Sadly, these things have happened throughout time. We just get quicker more sensational news coverage these days.

No, we're not. The Brady Bunch and their pals in the cesspool on the Potomac will get all the mileage out of this that they can.

Late indications are that it was a murder suicide.

Mother and Father were separated, sounds like he came to argue about custody and it went south.
The father of the children, 22-year-old Ambrocio Analco, was among the dead, said Marco Pastrana, Analco's cousin. He said the twin boys were 2 to 3 months old.
Pastrana said Analco no longer lived with the children's mother. Analco left Pastrana's house Saturday night to drop the kids off with her at the duplex, Pastrana said.

With the children having been shot it does sound like a revenge hit.
