We might be moving to Juneau, any info you guys can give us would be great. We have 4 kids and we need to move all our stuff so if anybody knows any good movers or what is the cheapest way to get stuff there. We would also be interested on any info about juneau you guys might have.

I've only visited Juneau. Obviously, you're going to have to ride the ferry to get there. It's not cheap to take a vehicle from Bellingham, WA, but it is the most hassle-free way to bring firearms into AK. (No FFL, just declare them to the ferry personnel.)
The military moved my stuff, so I can't help you on getting your stuff through Canada.
