Yep, some fun stuff on cafepress. I've used them in the past for different things.
As for wearing that particular shirt...up to you. Wear what you want. Your question indicates that you believe there may be consequences to wearing it. If you are prepared for the potential consequences who is anyone to tell you not to wear it. I see stuff way more offensive than that just walking around town.
