I do, and before that I lived in Arizona. Both places are great if you don't like humidity (humidity of less than 10% isn't uncommon in AZ). In Arizona, you do pay for it in raw temperature though (even if it's a 'dry heat', anything over 115 is still going to cook you pretty good). Utah's a little cooler.

I'm in Southern California right now - near the coast its not as hot, and its more humid. If you go 50 miles or so inland it feels like a blast furnace. Real dry and real hot. Pretty glad to be by the coast for now - even though things get rusty pretty quick.
