    You are confused. That's not a cell phone. It is the latest proposal by Congress at gun security. It has the biometric scanner touch screen as well as the touch pad for the security code and mic for voice analysis and verbal authorization to fire. Thumbprint and security code must be entered for each round fired. Security code must be at least 15 digits long. To prevent shooting someone in anger, the gun will not fire if there is any stress detected in the authorized user's voice.
