This guy got off of TWO previous cases on technicalities only to turn around and do it again only this time killing his victim.
So who's going to keep an eye on the one they just let out in Rockville?

This is something we have to remember - indeed yeah, there are some very sick people around .. and they are everywhere potentially. Downright evil IMO.
For most of us here this sorta crime is both outrageous and all but unbelievable ... we have values and respect for others .. but these slimes who perpetrate such deeds deserve the worst we can dream up. Sadly they do not get even a fraction of that.
Sickening is a mild term.
