    I have a buddy that will take a bottle of store bought sauce and "modify" it. It turns out pretty good. I gave him a bottle to the Tony Roma Carolina Honey to try.

    My dad does that sometimes. He'll take a bottle of Kraft Honey BBQ Sauce and spice it up a little.

    I spent about a month in Abilene working TDY a couple years ago. I have to agree that Joe Allen's has some awesome BBQ. And the description of the place is right on. Looks can sure be deceiving.
