    Bud

    Yes..of course we care.
I honestly cannot tell what make of revolver it is.
    It has me really stumped.
I hope that you guys don't think I had any other reason for posting the photo other than to pick your brains about the spin gun. Is it a Smith & Wesson?
Just curious about the wheel gun that's all.

You must be talking about a Hog Leg.

No...I don't think it's a Colt Single Action Army so your one guess was wrong.
    Ahhh...a S&W Model 13 Heavy Barrel???
Hummmmm....could very well be one of those.

That my friend is the lovely Kathleen Turner taken from the 1991 movie "V.I. Warshawski, Detective in High Heels"!

    Yes...I believe you're right....that is a revolver.

Okay she's old enough to be my mother. She's in good shape for someone her age when that photo was taken!

It just doesn't look like a Smith to me because the bbl doesn't remind me of a Smith. It's possible it's a Smith from before my time! I was only 10 when that movie was made after all.

    Sigh...I was 36 back in '91.

I remember seeing that movie , and pretty sure it is a K frame. I want to say a Model 19. Then again in the movies the prop guys change stuff up b/t scenes , and posters at times.

    Yep, them are legs.

I may be older - some stuff one does forget. Same legs she had in Romancing the Stone, some stuff one remembers better than others - Imagine that?

Looks like the gun in the promo shot is different from the one used in the show?
