Well - there we have it - ban forced induction motors and V8's and all will be well!!
(does that sound analagous to - ban nasty ''assault'' rifles and hi cap mags??)
Well - seems the kids will be choosing the straight sixes, or simply the normally aspirated ''go fast'' models. Great legislation - well thought out it seems (not!). Leave it to Gov and committees to make sure things are screwed up.

I have to think If I was an owner of a car manufacturer involved, I'd have to think hard about actually saying to hell with you and I'm not selling you ANY of my cars anymore. Then proceed to offer huge discounts to any other countries that offered the same models they banned. Then I might offer a horse and buggy combo package to the Ausies IF they lifted the ban.

Bad logic spreads like a disease. Common sense and rational thought seem to be taking a back seat to reactionism in more and more areas. It's sickening to watch.
