I copied this from msnbc online. I agree what the mother did for the kids may not be for everyone but it is really getting to the point in our country where embedded spies can create legal havoc for a family. More than once I read where someone gets film dveloped and the place calls the cops because of some perceived violation of the law.
This is about the 1600 style of witch hunt.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A mother faces criminal charges after she hired a stripper to dance at her 16-year-old son’s birthday party.
Anette Pharris, 34, has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and involving a minor in obscene acts. The boy’s father, the stripper and two others also face charges.
“I tried to do something special for my son,” Pharris said. “It didn’t harm him.”
About 10 people under the age of 18 were at the birthday party in September, including minors who were not related to the family, authorities said.
Police spokesman Don Aaron said minors are not permitted in adult establishments.
“A person shouldn’t be allowed to circumvent that law by hiring a stripper, a lady who took all her clothes off and spent a good amount of time dancing around minors,” he said.
Anette Pharris took photos at the party and tried to have them developed at a nearby drug store. Drug store employees notified authorities, police said.
“Who are they to tell me what I can and can’t show to my own children?” the mother said.

Nobody is more "strict constructionist" than I am, except for maybe my riding buddy, Mickie Foster, who thinks Darth Vader is soft on crime.
Having said that, you run into a lot of people who have trouble discerning a 'right' as defined by The Framers, and a 'privilege' with conditions governed by law. Just try doing 90mph in a 25mph zone and tell me how it all comes out.
I believe this concept also has a spiritual side, no matter what your faith is. You want to have children, fine by me. But take care of them, support them, teach them values. Don't just abandon the nest for the tax payers to clean up. Children need to develope a good moral compass.
Are there pretty girls posed on biker forums? Yikes, does the S&W sell ear plugs--of course there are girls in biker forums! I believe it's mandated by law under some "life, liberty and the happiness of pursuit" clause in Ben Franklin's original notes.
We are also adults.
And BTW, my wife is a teacher. She observes that almost all discipline, attendance and criminal activity in school could be eliminated by parental involvement.
The parents have the children in their care for fully five years before she sees them.
