That guy needs to be removed from society...

    How sad.

It all could have been avoided if there were only more midnight basketball programs.

The dirtbag kept his attention on the clerk and not the customers. This would have been a moment that an armed customer could have put this guys lights out...quickly...

That looks like the two guys were working together. I don't care how greedy you are, cleaning out a cash register while a man you just watched shoot two people runs toward you... that's just not believable, unless you know he won't shoot you too.

Yeah the two of them were together.

That is about as sickening as it gets

While an armed citizen might have been able to act - it would not most probably have prevented that first shot - where the element of surprise was devastating.

Incredible that the clerks survived at all.

    Totally Sub-Human & Heartless.

I also don't think there would have been any way for an armed customer to have prevented the first shot from taking place.

Please be reminded of how quickly you need to be able to gain access to your own personal protection firearm.

How quickly could you have had YOUR firearm out and presented after that first shot rang out? If he quickly turned and pointed his weapon at you...would you be ready?

Not a good time to be unbuttoning your shirt and fishing around for your firearm that is buried/hidden in deep cover inside a Kramer Confident shirt.

Another shining example of the fact that the firearm that you cannot get to lightning fast will do you just as much good as if you had left it at home that day.

Please do not Over-Conceal your self defense gun.

Great comments on the post, QK. (That must by why you get the big bucks as assistant admin! )

I get frustrated even with pocket carry as I think about these issues, and long for cooler weather to be better able to carry IWB with cover.

    Cool

True, I doubt that anybody would have been able to stop that first shot. But, as the guy was stepping over the counter to go after the attendant to shoot him again, there was plenty of time for me at least to draw, aim and fire. Then the other attendant wouldn't have been shot in the head.
Since there were other customers in the store first though, you have to wonder whether the shooter is walking in knowing that he already has a buddy/accomplice there should he need it. Watch your back!

It just goes to show how much these dirtbags value life. Those for gun elemination should have to watch this one over and over. If you hunters out there think your so called hunting guns are safe you better think again.
