Looks like I am changing jobs

I have accepted a job offer from a competitor in town. It will be more money, better hours, a company truck (I am told it is to be a 2008 Ford F150 extended cab ) and I will be the boss.

They want me to start ASAP so I wil be turning my notice in today or tomorrow. I will let you all know how it goes.

I am pretty excited and happy. I think I am going to really like the new place. Seems like a bunch of nice people and it is a family oriented place.

Actually, at our local gun shop and range, RangeUSA, there is a very nice looking stainless Kimber Pro Carry II on consignment for just $715, comes with a few magazines. I held it lastnight when I was in there and I really like it.

I guess I could get myself something to celebrate right? Now to convince the wife....

Mike - this sounds like very welcome news ... after all you have mentioned in the past.

Hope it will pan out well.

    Which one are you going to 3, 5, 10, 24/30, 40 or 50?

Can you tell I still have rabbit ears?

    Congrats on the new job.

So, would the little lady abscound the Kimber if she lets you buy it?
