SIGARMS name change

Received the following in an email from SIGARMS/SIG SAUER today:



SIGARMS® CHANGES NAME TO SIG SAUER®, ALIGNING COMPANY WITH GLOBAL BRAND

I sure don't mind since I don't think the quality of the weapons will change. SigArms or SIG Sauer, they're still good.

I've been a SIG owner since SIG was known as SIG/Sauer and even SIG/Browning so...it matters not much the name. Great Firearms - always have been...and hopefully always will be.

Well, if anyone wanted some of their over priced clothing like a shirt that said Sigarms on it, I would bet that it will be on close out soon.

But, I too will probably just keep on referring to them as SIG.
