Chased 'em down and tackled 'em, eh? Now that is good stuff!
And now they face Felony Assault! Good, lock their butts up because maybe the next victim will just shoot them instead of chasing them down.
Had the lawyer been carrying his gun, should he have shot?
I'm thinking not, because he Knew they only had a BB gun!
(But then again... How can you know for sure? Lots of people have been shot by .22 cal, .25 cal bullets only to report it felt like they were stung by a bee and didn't realize they had been shot. As we all know a .22 or .25 can be just as lethal as any other caliber bullet. Sometimes it takes several minutes or hours to die from a gunshot wound!)
Would have been a tough call had he been packing!

Stupid kids could have ended up dead! I wonder why this attorney decided NOT to carry...around Detroit?
Had he shot the teen while having a gun pointed at him, I feel he would have been justified...hard call to make unless you were there! Too many young kids are pointing 'real' guns at people...
