Joe Smith started the day early having set his alarm clock ( MADE IN JAPAN ) for 6am. While his coffeepot ( MADE IN CHINA ) was perking, he shaved with his electric razor ( MADE IN HONG KONG ). He put on a dress shirt ( MADE IN SRI LANKA ), designer jeans ( MADE IN SINGAPORE ) and tennis shoes ( MADE IN KOREA ). After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet ( MADE IN INDIA ) he sat down with his calculator ( MADE IN MEXICO ) to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch ( MADE IN TAIWAN ) to the radio ( MADE IN INDIA ) he got in his car ( MADE IN GERMANY ) filled i t with GAS from Saudi Arabia and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN JOB . At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day checking his Computer (Made In Malaysia ), Joe decided to relax for a while. He put on his sandals (MADE IN BRAZIL ) poured himself a glass of wine ( MADE IN France !! ) and turned on his TV ( MADE IN INDONESIA ), and then wondered why he can't find a good paying job in AMER ICA .

The sad part about this joke it is true, if every American would just spend $30.00 on American made goods we would put over 100,000 people to work.

sad but true... wish it was a different kinda story.

People rag on me because I bought a S&W pistol. But it was important to me that it was "Made in America". Also My ammo, and even my targets are U.S. made...... I plan on getting a 1911 for my next piece. And the two biggest deciding factors are price and American made..... On another note. Something kind of ironic. A company in our area, "Amweld" is closing two plants and moving to Mexico. So if all our factory jobs are going south. Why do illegals keep trying to come to America??????? Hell, in the future we may have to sneak into Mexico so we can jobs.
