Sure, if we debate global warming through the political perspective, this is what we end up with- no winner. If we debate using scientific facts, there is no debate- there is no global warming (caused by man). It's a scam. It can't be anything else, since there is zero evidence supporting it. Sure people prop up evidence, but upon close inspection, the evidence is always wrong.

This is spot on correct. There is no credible evidence that man significantly contributes to global warming. The leverage that the warming enthusiasts use is true: increased CO2 levels will cause temperature increase. That is a scientific fact. The problem is that the contribution of man made CO2 to the climate picture is so far down in the noise as to be completely insignificant.

Worse, all the statistical data presented by the warming enthuiasts is fatally flawed. Any objective look at the data shows the Earth to be in a short term ~100 year warming trend in the midst of a longer term cooling trend. It is likely that within two or three thousand years we will begin another ice age. The fact is that man has nothing to do with long term climate trends. Man made global warmings indeed a hoax. Others have presented the political reasons, which I will not repeat.

We shouldn't call everyone who has fallen for this idiots. Most simply don't have the education to know unreliable data from reliable.

Absolutely true, which is why someone like Gore, who has no scientific background whatsoever, can dupe so many people with flawed data and a flawed logical argument. Most people simply do not have the background to intelligently assess the arguments so they accept an argument from authority. In and of itself that is a logic flaw but when Gore is the authority, well... That does not make the believers idiots but is absolutely confirms they are gullible.

about CO2- Increased CO2 levels would only show up after a warming period- its what's left over afterwards. "If" we have increased levels of CO2- as these so called scientists claim- it would only mean that global warming has ended some time ago. CO2 levels would actually reflect solar radiation away from the earth's surface, which on their its own might lead to a cooling effect. It's far more complicated than this, we really need to break out the blackboards and chalk, and an overhead projector. Now I'm having "atmospheric dynamics flashbacks." See what you guys have done?
