1 Member who is interested in changing the bulb
1 Administrator to approve both the brand and wattage of the lightbulb
1 or 2 Assistant Administrators to ensure that the Administrators wishes are adhered to and to ensure the color of the bulb matches the long standing tradition of color.
3 to 6 moderators to contribute to the ensuing discussion about the actual definition of the traditional color, whom also suggest changing the color of the bulb for the greater good of the forum.
1 Lead Moderator to ensure that the moderators discussion is civil and to remove any posts that are considered offensive, and finally
1 Senior Moderator to scold the member for offering to change the light bulb in the first place that led to this long drawn out process over lightbulbs which are off topic and not the purpose of this forum.

Well I just called my buddy who is an electrician and he said they are properly called "lamps", because that's what they call them in his technical books and the also on the order forms he uses. My dad who works for the power company (TVA) said they are called "light bulbs" and specified that it's two words.
Thank you all, my life just got more complicated.

You know....after reading this interesting thread a lightbulb appeared in my head. It illuminated an area of confusion that I should have been quite clear on by now. All these funny posts are REALLY bad when you've recently had your appendix removed!
Ummm OWW!
Funny though. I have to admit. I was laughing...er uh crying...all the way.
