Anyone that uses ANTHING to rob by force ought to charged with armed robbery.

I dont care if it is a limp carrot. If someone threatens to illegaly take something that they have no right to or even if they threaten bodily harm with carrot, they ought to be charged accordingly.

The hard part would be telling you cellmates that you were charged with armed robber for holding up a store with a carrot.

They shouldn't need to be charged. They should be covered under 6' of dirt. What do you call that...a cover-charge?

Just food for thought: If you used your CCW and shot the guy, what are the odds the DA would be successful in prosecuting you? A jury of sheeple may see it as he had a common harmless household tool and you had a deadly weapon.

Obviously only people that have a permit should be able to obtain such weapons. Should Hitlery get elected, the capacity of staplers may be limited too. Hang on to your older, preban staplers! They will be worth a bundle.

Where I grew up (and I use that term loosely) if someone would have tried to rob any of the places a bunch of teenagers worked with a stapler, they would have been beaten to a bloody pulp, robbed themselves, thrown out of the place, then laughed at.
