The voices in my head think that's funny, we belong to the party with the least number of nuts.
"fundamental principle of American law that a government and its agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any individual citizen." [Warren v. District of Columbia,(D.C. Ct. of Ap., 1981)]
If I have to explain it, you wouldn't understand

interesting. im always a skeptic of of statistics, especially since i have taken too many classes on it and found the standard deviation of my lab results WAY too many times. but i must say, their population wasnt bad.
any stat that actually states what the population is and what the margins of error is, is ok with me!

"4,014 national adults, aged 18 and older, conducted in November 2004, November 2005, November 2006, and November 2007. For results based on the total aggregated sample of national adults, one can say with 95% confidence that the maximum margin of sampling error is ±2 percentage points. The margin of error for smaller subsamples reported in this analysis will be larger."
