A top-secret effort by Parrish Constables in Louisana: the Banger Neutralizer. These are sold cheaply to delinquents. When they try to quickly stash their "tool", they amputate their trigger finger. Reports initially indicate reasonable success. This along with the marketing of Speer's "Primer Popper" rubber bullet training ammo as, "The MoFo Cop-jackin' Load" could easily rehabilitate an entire generation.

I can see some use for either cigar snipping or - as Rob mentioned - trigger finger amputation

It is tho only deserving of one word from me - ''gimmick''!

Looks like it was designed for those who prefer to take a knife to a gun fight. A "must have" for Darwin Award candidates.

That said, I'm sure there's a market for it. Somewhere.

On the other hand, a guy at my first CCW class had a knife/gun, a big hunting blade with a .38 barrel along the spine. A custom, one of 100 or so weapon.
