I have gray hair (and very little of that)--maybe that is why my "gimpyness" has not attracted any unfavorable attention from local LEOs.

All kidding aside, sorry to hear about your incident and I hope you recover quickly.

Sorry, but you'll get used to my ranting and behaving like a lunatic. I'll be back at work in a few weeks... I hope.
Some people will do anything to get some time off from work!

Oh, GREAT! Weeks worth of your incessant babble and inane rambling with nothing resembling useful information. Might as well turn the furnace off and put your hot air to good use!

    KIDDING!!!
Sorry to hear you're incapacitated. Get better soon, and we're all better off having your focused attention.

Meantime...have a beer and grab that remote!

Prayers for you... I mean it, too. And if you don't need 'em, may the Lord save them for when you do!

Thanks guys, I'm already doing things the doctor told me not to for a week or two. My wife is completly tired of me already, so I have to find something to do this week or go back to work. Otherwise, I think she's going to break my other leg.

    Heal up soon Sixto.

Quit playing the overexcited tuff guy. Give yourself the proper time to heal, and you will thank yourself later for it.
I will support gun control when you can guarantee all guns are removed from this planet. That includes military and law enforcement. When you can accomplish that, then I will be the last person to lay down my gun. Then I will carry the weapon that replaces the gun.

I spluttered coffee when I read this posts, Six. Get busy on a new hobby or get a wheelchair, right? Sounds like you've got a good woman that will have you up and running in no time.

Take the time to heal up right...

I have been in a lot of cemeteries and never seen a headstone engraved "I wish I had spent more time at work"

    Take care and Godspeed!

I'm glad to hear you are feeling better.

I'm like you in that I don't like taking pain medication. It drives JD crazy because I'll make the passing comment of, "My XYZ hurts."

He'll say, "Well, then take something."

    "NO!"

    "Then quit complaining!"

I think I would have more sympathy than that. But then, I'm a girl, and girls are supposed to be sympathetic. It's just that when JD is hurt he never says anything. He silently wallows in his pain until I give him a hug or something and he starts screaming, "NOT THE BAD ARM!!"

He'd get a lot more sympathetic gestures from me if he actually acted hurt.

He needs to take lessons from me.

    Darn Marine mentality.

Get better soon and get the reporters off your back so you can tell us what happened!

Lima, are you related to my wife, I see some parallels here.....

Oh, man! What the heck? Well, on the bright side, as long as your fingers can type we can still spar.

Hope you're back 100% real soon.

Light duty. <sigh> Try to enjoy. You're in my prayers, and I'll look forward to you being back "up and about."
