    Now...I CAN'T BE POSITIVE...But, I Think........
    The Stronger Hurricanes probably produce larger waves than the weaker hurricanes.
    Maybe the govt. can check that out for me.

    The government should be concentrating on more important thins such as which brand of catsup is thicker.

    Actually, there was a "government" funded grant in which $52,000 of tax payer money was spent to determine which brand of catsup was thicker. It came up in an ad ina Congressional election around here.
