    Already started my resolution one month ago today...to lose 40 lbs...I'm excited because the first 15 are already gone and I can actually see the scale.

    24 minutes into the new year here - the fireworks are still going off like mad all over the city... I'm kinda having flahbacks, honestly... Yikes...

    Anyway, Happy New Year, DCers!

    I stay inside on New Years and July 4th because of those damn flashbacks! Worst of all is when a helicopter flies over. Glad most of you don't have to experience them, and a Happy New Year to all!
