    New Years Eve

Trying to be a good boy, I stayed home and went to bed early. Five minutes ago, the SHTF. Gunfire like crazy at 12:00. My PTSD kicked in and I doubt if I'll sleep the rest of the night! Maybe I should have gone out and got blasted, I'd probably be asleep right now. Am I getting old?

Noise here too, from 23:45 to 0:10. A few were precisely timed at midnight, most were sloppy time-keepers...

I went to bed around 10:30 - never heard any gunshots. There were a few firecrackers around 9-10.

I heard some gunfire in the grape vineyard and almond orchard area west of me (I live almost on the edge of town), but I saw bright flashes outside; my neighbors were taking pictures in their front yard! I am getting old.

I expect the gun fire every new year and 4th of July. No big deal, I wake up say " Oh it's midnight" nudge the wife tell her happy new year, she grunts and we both go back to sleep. No big deal, just another new year down south!!

We had "Gunfire" calls all night long here in Spokane. Even more fireworks. Lots of drunk drivers, a few assaults and one knife-point robbery (BG caught).
