Did I say that? I simply said that it was a court case that determined the Constitution was flexible and that lawmakers and courts can judge and make laws on precedent instead of on the Constitution. There isn't any wording in the Constitution about this because after Marbury v. Madison no words were needed. However, you still got to the right conclusion, which is circular arguments by the federal government to accomplish their goals. Well done.
