Just forwarded this to my daughter in med school. She's been shooting since 6 years old, but has had a terrible time with her beliefs in a liberal college in more liberal Los Angeles!
I have to go in for another colonoscopy soon, I'll see what my doctor says when I hand him this form!

    Under a rock.
Thats terrible. If a doctor asked me,...I'd find a new doctor, lol.

My doctor is a biker,...He was a construction worker until he was like 31 years old or so,saw a car wreck where somebody died. He decided to goto undergrad, then med school,...Hes always wearing a Harley t-shirt under his smockthing, lol,so I dont think I have much to worry about it. Hes got a real long white beard, and a pony tail. Always wearing cowboy boots, hes awsome.

I can get rude real quick when people step out of line. I don't think any doctor would ever try to tell me what I should or should not do. They can offer advice all day long - that's fine with me. I avoid doctors anyhow out of principle.
