    Time for Some FUN

I've missed the Saturday part of the gun show with the snow (I may make it tomorrow afternoon). I'm cooped up here and I need some fun. One of my brothers-in-law came through for me. Ray Stevens is a cultural icon in the South. One of my favorite songs by him is "The Mississippi Squirrel Revival". Having been a pastor and having visited more than my share of "self righteous" churches I know that some of them will only change as a result of a major miracle - maybe like the one Ray sings of. For those of you less illuminated out there that have no idea what I'm talking about and for those who have heard the song, but not seen the video - HERE IT IS!

    Enjoy!
    George

I'll have to take a look when I get home. Ray Stevens is great. My personal favorite song is "I'm My Own Grandpa".

A classic! A local radio station just played that a couple days ago.

Was it Ray who also did the song ''Everything is beautiful" - one of my old faves.

Thx for the link George. Nicely made vid ..... great chuckles.

I suspect (hope) you are feeling better from the old flu.
