NOLA victims and ID
Been pondering on this - huge numbers of people have lost any documentation they may have had so - how to get them ''back on the books''?
I am guessing right now that most of us have memorized our SSN - which is about as unique (in theory) as our fingerprints - and so that perhaps is only way to go. I guess too - all the welfarites must have same info.
What do you reckon?

Well aside from SSAN probably some of these folks will be able to prove who they are if they ever held a job that required fingerprints.... Military, teacher, (CCW), some private industry jobs that require security for the government.
But, that still leaves a lot of folks, doesn't it.
