    Not so safe novelty!

Casual buddy of mine swings by this afternoon and displays his recently aquired fun toy. Hadn't seen one in ages.

He'd found one of those ''guns'' that when ''fired'' projects out the barrel a flag saying ''bang''!! Could be taken for a lil' .32.

Hilarious but - big but - I reminded him to never ever show that in any situation where it could be mistaken for a real gun - after some thought he agreed - could be ''prejudicial to health'' LOL!

The clown reminded me of Commando.

-Remember I said I was going to kill you last.
    -Yeah, yeah, you did.
    -I lied.

If it's illegal to use a fake gun in a crime, is it legal to use a real gun in a crime?

QK, the movie Killer Clowns From Outerspace was classic. B movies at their best.

I had Jennings pistols once upon a time....when I shot it a flag came out and read "I'm a piece a crap, go buy a real gun".

One wonders just what they had in mind, but of corse you all know that by making a law aganst it no one would dare use one now.

Most places if it is used in a crime it is treated as a real gun. For instance in an armed robbery you only have to imply that you have a gun.
