    Hello from Switzerland!

I haven't been on here in a while because I have been in Europe this semester.

I have been having a blast but I miss my guns :( (partly the reason I am posting this..started looking at gun stuff and worked my way here).

Oh yea and contrary to popular belief Europeans haven't been rude to me as an American. I was told they were gonna be to me when/if they found out I was an American but I have found that to be false(even the French :x) .

Hope everything in the Americaland is going well. You guys should work harder so the economy improves so that the $ is worth more than toilet paper over here..

When I was in college, I spent a year in Austria. While there, I traveled a bit to Switzerland. Loved it. They have the coolest money.

And all the Europeans (except the French) really liked the Americans. It was like having a trophy if you had a real American friend. I was sort of passed around from family to family. Nicest people. It helped that I spoke some decent German. (But thanks to the military, it wasn't required. )

So is it true that every Swiss citizen has a gun in their house? What are their laws like?

I've found that Europeans are much nicer and receptive to you when you at least make an attempt to speak their language, follow their customs and respect their culture. If you show them that not all Americans are loud, obnoxious, and assume everyone speaks English, you will make out pretty well.

No pics of Switzerland for us? No cute swiss girls with machine guns?

It's true that Switzerland has very good gun laws?

What gun laws? Do you mean the one where if you are male and military age you are required by law to own a pistol and rifle?
There are two sides to every issue: one side is right and the other is wrong, but the middle is always evil.

Enjoy the rest of your time abroad.

If you are worried about your guns, I can make arrangements to take care of them while you are gone.
