He may have been able to stuff all that into his pants but there's no way he could have walked around or sat down without it being obvious. He probably put on all that stuff and waddled in from the next room.

I'm not saying you can't conceal a lot of hardware but that was a little ridiculous.

I've never heard the stated purpose of a school dress code to be prevention of students carrying weapons to school. If that was the goal they'd be required to wear bikinis, speedos or spandex.

Scare tactics plain and simple. I could hide so much more stuff if I just had to stand still for it to be concealed.

Saw that some while back - IIRC it was made as some sort of demonstration - forget the details.

But sure, standing still much is possible - walking would change things, a lot!

That may be Dave Grossman's son.

He described how he was delivering a lecture to a bunch of sherriffs and introduced his son to them and the kid proceeded to pull a bunch of guns out of his pants, including the shotgun.

He was making a pitch for school uniforms so that the kids couldn't wear clothing that seemed to be designed specifically to hide stuff.

We should not take the video as a serious presentation, someone sends me this stuff from time to time and you say how does the guy pull that off. Lots of hardware though!

I took the point here to be that a lot of weapons could be hidden in baggy clothes that seem to be the rage these days. I also saw an interview with a gang member that had no reservations that one reason they wore those type clothes was to conceal weapons.

Most of us could conceal three or more guns on us with what we wear everyday.

Tangle when I first viewed the video I didn't know what to think. No description came wth it but I was amazed with the number of weapons that could be hidden on a person. It would be easy for someone wearing loose clothing to conceal a gun of two, the guy in the video went a little overboard.

Sometimes exaggeration is used to emphasize a point. I know I sure look at "baggy" people different now. If that's a form of profiling, then I profile. And it don't bother me one bit!

This baggy clothes stuff must be difficult for LEO to search out concealed weapons during an arrest. I never thought about it much until now but stripping the guy down and taking him in wearing little may be the safe way. When I see baggy clothes guy in a store I do get more alert. Some of these kids are very young.
