It takes extreme stupidity, guts, or a combination of the two to rob a gun store. These guys burglarized the store. A cowardly act of theft no matter how you spin it.
Now if it is stupid and maybe gusty to ROB a gun store, but cowardly to burgle it, it would follow that it is SMART to burgle a gun store.

Name calling doesn't account for much. After all, when the good guys behave in ways considered cowardly when performed by bad guys, we call it being smart, tactical, well planned, etc.

The fact remains that two known intruders were able to make entry in just 3 minutes using very simple tools and spend only about 1 minute inside and net 19 handguns. They apparently wanted rifles as well, but when that failed, the simply took more handguns. The operation was quick and they were gone long before cops arrived. Nobody got hurt. You can call it cowardly, but it was well executed.

If you think about it, it was the 2nd time in 5 years CTD was burgled so easily. They didn't learn the first time and failed to harden their store and they don't lock up their handguns aside from them being in cases. CTD is/was a fairly soft target.
Considering yourself to be defenseless is the first administrative step to becoming a victim.
